Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from the U.S.A.

Does Entity ship outside the US?

No, Entity drums are only sold within the US.

When can I expect my order? 

Non-custom snares (in stock): 7 to 10 days

Non-custom snares (back ordered): 90 days

Custom orders: 90 days

Can I back order a non-custom snare if it isn't in stock?

Yes, and it will ship within 90 days.

Does Entity accept returns?

Please choose your purchase carefully as we are unable to offer returns. If you have any questions we would love to help in advance of your purchase. Please get in touch via the contact page.

When Did Entity Drums start?

Entity Drums was founded in 2016 by Salvador Morales. More information can be found in our story.

Why did Entity discontinue wooden hoops?

In addition to the non-custom series we found a huge variety of tonal alternatives in the new custom series that beautifully capture Entity's signature sound without the extra maintenance associated with wooden hoops.

If you are particularly interested in that "woody" sound we would recommend our jarrah/mahogany custom snare.

How do you care for an Entity snare?

Does Entity still make drum kits? 

Currently we no longer offer kits as part of our product range. However, this may change in the future.

Do Entity snares come with a warranty? 

Yes, each Entity snare comes with a replacement parts warranty for up to 12 months after purchase. This is only applicable if the care instructions have been adhered to.

Are there going to be more recordings / videos of the Entity product range?

Yes, we aim to have audio/video recordings by the end of 2026.
